Crispy Grilled Chicken

This is the chicken I intended to make last Sunday. I marinated 2 large chicken leg quarters in some lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil and italian seasoning (yes dried, I’m cheap, I know fresh tastes better) for about 4 hours. Then I Tossed them in some breadcrumbs. Because everything is better coated in breadcrumbs. Then I cooked them a la piastra (Old Guy told me  I should have used italics last week-HA!). Yes you can have grilled and crispy breaded at the same time. Just because I don’t feel like eating a proper green or pc vegetable, I made potatoes.
