Ground Pork Part Deux

I have ginger now!

This is the remaining ground pork form last week. I put the frozen block of pork in a bowl. Squeezed some okonimi sauce on top and let it defrost all day. Before cooking I mixed it all together. For vegetables I used soy beans, carrot, burdock, green pepper, bok choi and my remaining snow peas.
